Plans & billing
Wield bills per workspace. Your plan controls included credits, seat count, and unlocked features.

How credits count
- 1 credit ≈ 1 pipeline run (extraction + enrichment + scoring).
- Dossier generation: 1 credit.
- Interview guide: 1 credit.
Remaining balance is shown in the lower-left sidebar.
Subscribe to a plan
- Settings → Billing → Choose plan.
- Go to checkout opens Stripe Checkout.
- Add a payment method (card or SEPA).
- After confirmation the plan is active immediately.
Invoices
Under Settings → Billing → Invoices you'll find PDF downloads for all prior invoices, including VAT-compliant address fields.
Change payment method
Settings → Billing → Payment method opens the Stripe customer portal. Changes apply to the next billing cycle.
Switch plan
- Upgrade: immediate; prorated charge for the higher price.
- Downgrade: applies next period; credits are not refunded.
Cancel
Settings → Billing → Cancel plan. The workspace stays active until the period end, then switches to read-only. Data is retained for 30 days, then deleted (see FAQ → Data residency).
Failed payment
We retry automatically for several days. During this grace period the app header shows a notice banner. If payment stays unresolved, the workspace becomes read-only until a valid payment method is added.
