Generate your first dossier

Goal: turn an extracted profile into a send-ready dossier in your corporate design.

Prerequisites

• At least one candidate with successful extraction.
• An HTML template (Wield ships a default; custom templates live under HTML Templates).

Steps

1. Open the candidate under Candidates.
2. Click Generate dossier.
3. Pick:
   • Template — e.g. TecMinds Standard.
   • Language — German or English.
   • Briefing (optional) — biases the dossier toward the open role.
4. Click Generate.

The schema-first pipeline runs: the template schema is analysed, joined with the profile, and filled via GPT-5.4-mini. The final file is a .docx.

Review workflow

Wield opens the dossier in the Workspace (split panel). The left side shows generated content; on the right you can:

• edit fields inline,
• re-run individual sections (e.g. Strengths),
• switch templates,
• export to PDF or DOCX after Approval.

Managing templates

Create custom layouts under HTML Templates → New template. See Features → Workspace.
