Extraction fails

Symptom: candidate appears with all fields empty.

Causes:

• Image-based PDF with low scan quality — OCR can't read it. Re-scan at 300 dpi.
• File is password-protected — remove the password.
• Language not detected — only DE and EN today.

Pipeline stuck in running

The pipeline view shows a run as running for more than 5 minutes. Click Retry on the candidate card. If the issue persists, report via Support.

Scoring values missing

Scoring requires an active briefing. Without an associated briefing, score fields stay empty. Create a briefing under Jobs → Briefing.
